TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entries Terms & Conditions:
  1. Any relevant products and services must have been available in the UK after September 2008.
  2. Advertising and marketing campaigns must have run between August 2008 and July 2009.
  3. Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline.
  4. Projects must have been completed between August 2008 and July 2009 and involve a UK-based implementation.
  5. You may enter one or more of the categories.
  6. All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.
  7. Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc.
  8. Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 7 July 2009 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable.
  9. The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.
  10. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.
  11. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging, unfortunately it is not possible to provide feedback.
  12. BCS/Incisive Media are not liable for any costs incurred by applicants in the evaluation and judging process.
  13. Electronic (email) entries will not be accepted.
  14. Finalists will be notified by the 9th September 2009.
  15. The winners and medallists of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards; under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time.
  16. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  17. Your entry must include the entry administration fee of £85+VAT (£99.88). The fee is payable for each entry made.
  18. Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by the entry administration fee and complete copies of the entry and supporting documents.
  19. Entries must arrive by the entry deadline of the 7 August 2009.
 
Table Sales Terms & Conditions:
  1. All payments for tables must be received in advance of the awards evening.
  2. Invoices will only be issued with the appropriate purchase order reference(s).
  3. Full VAT receipts will be issued to the payee upon full payment.
