Selection of Finalists
After the entry deadline date, a preliminary judging panel will consider all entries and select up to ten Finalists for each category. At this stage you will be informed whether or not you have been successful as a Finalist.

Selection of the Winners
The Finalists in each category will be invited for an interview in front of a panel of judges. Following these sessions, the judges will select two Medallists and a Winner in each category. The judging day will be held on Friday 2nd October at the Madejski Stadium, Reading.

The Awards Evening
The Winners and Medallists will not be revealed until the Awards evening. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging.
